Electrical & Electronics Engineer (Embedded Systems)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Electronics Engineer specialising in Embedded Systems. The role focuses on electronic hardware and embedded software development, particularly in the Mid-Level Defence and IoT sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in embedded systems, PCB design, and hardware development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test hardware/firmware for embedded systems.
- Design and develop PCBs, including schematic design and layout for high-speed circuits.
- Execute projects in Defence, IoT, and Consumer Electronics domains.
- Conduct technical assessments including DFM, DFT, DFV, FMEA, and RCA.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Core Technical Requirements:
- Experience with 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers.
- Proficiency in Embedded C programming and Arduino IDE.
- Familiarity with communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS485, USB.
- Wireless communication expertise: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa, 4G/5G.
- Experience with RFID systems, IoT systems, Zigbee, GPS/GSM.
- PCB Design & Development, including schematic design using OrCAD 16.6, Eagle, Fusion 360, KiCAD, and Allegro.
- Knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes, following IPC standards.
- Hardware Design experience, including EMI/EMC considerations.
- Expertise in power electronics and component selection.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance: CE, RoHS, MIL-STD.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Sound knowledge of PCB design and development will be an added advantage.

Mechanical Design Engineer (Mid-Level) (Robotics & Unmanned Systems)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of innovative robotic and unmanned systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to product design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the transition from concept to production while ensuring engineering excellence. Prior experience in Defence-related product development is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Project Management
- Contribute to the design and development of mechanical systems for robotics and unmanned platforms.
- Support new product development (NPD) initiatives, collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Define project milestones, technical requirements, and development timelines for robotic systems.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure project success.
- Guide collaboration with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration.
Prototype to Production Support
- Oversee fabrication and validation of functional prototypes.
- Manage the transition of designs from prototype to full-scale manufacturing.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
- Develop assembly instructions and manufacturing documentation.
- Conduct shop floor visits to coordinate with manufacturing teams and resolve design challenges.
Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

- Engage with test engineers to develop comprehensive validation protocols for robotic systems.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with emerging robotics and manufacturing technologies.
- Conduct patent research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis for innovation.
- Identify cost reduction and performance enhancement opportunities.
- Develop and refine engineering processes and best practices for the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, GD&T, and RCA principles.
- Experience in NPD and engineering project execution.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and prototype-to-production transition.
- Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience with Defence-related products and military applications.
- Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, DFARS, and other Defence industry regulations.
- Expertise in motion control systems, actuation mechanisms, and robotic motion planning.

Industrial Designer cum UI/UX Designer (3–5 Years)
Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Industrial Designer cum UI/UX Designer who can bridge the gap between physical product design and digital experience design. The ideal candidate will transform complex technical and user requirements into aesthetically compelling, functional, and manufacturable products—both hardware and digital interfaces (web & mobile). This is a mid- level, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Design & Product Development (Physical)
- Concept Ideation & Prototyping: Create innovative product concepts using sketching, storyboards, and rapid prototyping (foam models, 3D prints, etc.).
- Detailed Design: Convert approved concepts into detailed 3D CAD models (SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360) and prepare technical documentation.
- Materials & Manufacturing: Select appropriate materials, processes (injection moulding, machining, casting), and finishes for feasibility, cost optimisation, and sustainability.
- Design Testing & Validation: Conduct usability, durability, and safety evaluations; refine designs based on feedback and performance.
- Aesthetic Development: Maintain consistent brand language, ergonomics, and visual appeal across physical products.
UI/UX Design & Digital Experience
- User Research: Perform interviews, surveys, and competitive benchmarking to understand user behaviours, goals, and pain points.
- Information Architecture: Develop user flows, journey maps, sitemaps, and low/mid- fidelity wireframes.
- High-Fidelity UI Design: Create pixel-perfect screens, interactive prototypes, and responsive layouts using Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyse findings, and iterate for improved digital experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ownership
- Stakeholder Communication: Present design decisions with clarity, backed by research, data, and design rationale.
- Handoff & Collaboration: Work closely with Mechanical Engineers for physical product development and Front-End Developers for digital implementation.
- Integrated Design Alignment: Ensure that digital and physical user experiences are cohesive and aligned.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers where required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, well-rounded portfolio showcasing both product design and UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in CAD tools: SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (especially injection moulding).
- UI/UX expertise in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep knowledge of User-Centred Design (UCD) methodologies.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Principle, or After Effects (bonus).
Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical and design thinking skills across physical and digital contexts.
- Clear communication—verbal, visual, and written—with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
